Because we aim at the best connection possible, we ask to each member a mutual commitment, the same for everyone, as well for B&B owners as for guests. The respect of Hotily Charter protects every member and guarantees peaceful and pleasant stays.

As a guest you commit yourself to...

  • Give true information to Hotily and B&B owners.
  • Pay amount deposit to B&B owners within the 48 hours following the booking acceptance by the owners.
  • Respect the stay dates and the number of persons specified in the reservation. If the number of persons exceeds the allowed number, the owner can refuse the supplementary persons.
  • Inform the owner in case of late arrival.
  • Respect the place where you will stay and show courtesy towards B&B owners who host you in their own homes.
  • Give your opinion on your stay by filling in carefully the « guest review » form accessible in your personal account and that you will receive by e-mail. By doing so, you help others travellers to choose their B&B.

As a B&B owner you commit yourself to...

  • Give true information to Hotily and travellers.
  • Use the plateform and his booking process for all reservations requested on Hotily.com. This implies don't ask to the travellers for the signature of a contract to confirm their bookings: they already have accepted the general terms of use and the trust charter
  • Answer to travellers' booking requests within the 48 hours.
  • Give a right description of your B&B features and state. The detailed description asked by Hotily will guarantee a mutual understanding between B&B owners and guests.
  • Supply an accommodation of quality and assistance to your guests to ensure them the best possible stay. Your accommodation has to be in good condition and clean. Equipments have to be in working order. In case of wrong statement, Hotily has the right to remove your advert without prior warning.
  • Update your B&B availability planning. In order to ensure the quality of the search results of the travellers. By doing so, this will prevent you from receiving useless booking requests.
  • Confirm the reservation when you receive the deposit.

Hotily commits itself to...

  • Enforce the rules of good behaving between guests and B&B owners.
  • Remove adverts which do not meet the quality requirements of the Website (insufficient description, absence of answers from B&B owners to travellers, litigation in progress) and ban from the website the members who did not respect their commitment.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of our member's information and to use them only to connect B&B owners and travellers.
