La Platriere is a newly converted farmhouse offering peaceful holidays and short breaks in the heart of France. The Property consists of a large house offering a high standard of bed & breakfast accommodation and an adjoining spacious cottage for guests who prefer to self-cater. La Platriere is situated within 3 acres of garden, with a large swimming pool, petanque, children's play area, and pets corner. Situated on top of a hill, La Platriere offers stunning views of surrounding countryside. The English owners offer a warm welcome.
The bed and breakfast accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, all with central heating, windows overlooking the surrounding countryside, hospitality trays, and private en-suites.
Breakfast is continental and taken in the dining room or out on the sun terrace. Evening meals using organic and local produce are available with advance notice. For relaxation, guests can use the swimming pool and gardens, on cooler evenings enjoy the open-log fire in the comfortable lounge.
The property complies with new fire regulations and is SOCOTEC inspected.
