To ask the owner additional information, go to the page « Overview » of the selected B&B and click the link « contact owner ». Then, fill the contact’s form.

To make a demand of booking, go to the page "Reservation" of the selected B&B:

1.5 How can I pay the deposit of my reservation?
The owner indicates in the « Rental Terms » section of his advert the different methods you can use to pay the deposit. When your booking is accepted, the payment methods are specified on the detail of your reservation, accessible from your Guest Space.
1.6 Can I record my research criteria?
First, you must create your guest account (it's free!). When you are logged-in, go to the page « Bed and Breakfasts » by clicking on top menu, so you will see appearing a button "Save criteria" at the bottom of page. You can run a previous research in your search history from your Guest Space.
1.7 Can I save a selection of B&B?
First, you must create your guest account (it's free!). When you are logged-in, you will see a link called « add to my selection » on the research or detail pages. You can display at any time your B&B selected from your Guest Space.

When you are logged-in, see the detail of your reservation from your Guest Space and use the « Send a message » area to continue the conversation with the owner.
2.5 How can I read a new message sent by an owner of B&B?
When you are logged-in, you can consult all your conversations in « My mailbox » section from your Guest Space. Your conversations are gathered in 2 categories:
